Below you will find a temporary review for this film. The real (better, more complete) review will be online very soon.

With 'The Breakfast Club' and 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off' as two pretty good John Hughes-movies this one is a little disappointing. Two boys, Gary and Wyatt (Anthony Michael Hall and Ilan Mitchell Smith), create a woman on their computer and in movies it is not strange that the woman becomes a real person. Her name is Lisa (Kelly LeBrock) and she is supposed to be the most beautiful woman in the world. Since Gary and Wyatt are such nerds they need a woman like that to become popular.

The movie has it funny moments but the boys are those nerds with a reason. They were annoying in almost every scene in the movie. Luckily for us there some other character that are interesting. Wyatt's brother Chet is played by Bill Paxton in a great evil way and one of the villains in the movie is played by Robert Downey Jr.

I liked the first twenty minutes and after that sometimes it was entertaining, but a movie should not be annoying and therefor the movie was not good. May be you like it, it is not impossible with a movie like this.
